Time for some changes...Time for some positive. Well I’m really enjoying this year at College. This could very well be my last year studying 3D animation and my last year in SA. Still haven’t decided yet. Will know later on this year. As many of you know I’m currently working on a cartoon biped character for College. Right now I’m finishing up modeling him in 3D. Should be ready to put up on DevArt by 2moz or the next day. I can’t wait until my self model snaps and what ever else of me is no longer on my main page. People must think I have a really big ego or something (lol). Probably gonna start putting my stuff (animations) up on Youtube and creatin my own 3D portfolio site soon.
Other news is Adobe visited my College today to inform us that there is an international adobe student competition taking place right now. The prizes are huge. I recon any one who is an art student of some kind another can enter but don’t just take my word for it check out [link] for more info on the competition. The deadline’s for the 27th of April. All I know is I’m game. I know it’s gonna be a lot of hard work but it could be a lot of fun.
It’s probably time to brush up on my Norwegian cos I could be joining the army next year. Not something I particularly want to do but some times we have to do things we don’t necessarily want to do. That’s the way of life. I am looking forward to going overseas again. The last time I was away for a year. I’ve got a feeling that the next time I leave SA it will be for a much longer time. At this point I’m already thinking about where I see myself in the next year or so.
The past is history, the future is a mystery,…the present is a gift. That’s all I know.
